Mechanical clocks can be quite noisy sometimes. Usually, we don’t pay attention to the ticking. But when we are trying to fall asleep, the sound may be quite irritating. Piles of clothes on the floor and chairs and an overall mess can cause irritation and stress and impair your sleep quality. This is why it’s better to keep your bedroom clean. You can keep boxes with the things you don’t need often under your bed in order not to see them.
