The Casa Cruz compass, a rose of the winds cross rendered in aqua quartzite and amber onyx, greets guests at street level, directing them to the curved cherry staircase that bisects the townhouse from top to bottom. Art advisory Beaumont Nathan and select partners are providing a rotating art selection, and the private wine collection with contributions from oenophile investors will serve as the cave à vin.
