Jahangir Almasi: From Hezardastan and After the Rain to His Recent Financial Struggles

Jahangir Almasi also became known through television, including his role in the historical series Kuchak Jangali, directed by Behrouz Afkhami.
The series focused on the Jungle Movement and historical figures associated with it. Almasi portrayed Mirza Hossein Kasmaei.
The production featured a large cast of respected Iranian actors. Alireza Majallal played Mirza Kuchak Khan, while Mehdi Hashemi appeared as Dr. Heshmat. Other notable performers included Abbas Amiri, Davoud Rashidi, Hossein Mahjoub, Mohammad Moti and Esmail Mehrabi.
