The system’s dependable commanders who use every rent for economic corruption 

Habib Kashani (born 1344) was a member of the City Council in the second, third, and fourth terms and is currently a member of the sixth term of this council. Following Ali Daei’s words against Habib Kashani and the production of the Khande Bazaar program on Channel 3 in 2013, both of them resigned, but Habib Kashani was returned to work by Ali Saeedlou. He appointed Hamid Stili as the head coach of Persepolis instead of Ali Daei. After some time, the physical education organization dismissed him and chose Sardar Mohammad Rouyanian as the managing director of Persepolis. Habib Kashani suffered a heavy defeat in the fifth round of the Tehran City Council elections, and as an alternate member, Hamra Chamran and Debir were elected to the Senate. The council remained open. It should be noted that Afshin Qutbi came to football through Habib Kashani.
