And yet something has changed compared to the last two tournaments. “It used to be that you didn’t have so much time for leisure activities, but that the whole focus was on the tournament,” reports the 36-time national player in the podcast. But now there is the so-called “Matchday plus one”, which – according to Doorsoun – is there “so that we always have time for the family after the game, that we are given time off and don’t have to be at lunch. (…) That’s changed for this tournament, we get more freedom and more confidence.”
