Fasaneh Baygan was born on 26 January 1340. His paternal uncle, Fazlollah Baygan, was one of the pioneers of Iranian theater, and his paternal grandfather, Mirza Javad Motman-ul-Mamalek, was a representative of the first term of the National Assembly. His mother was interested in acting, but due to being brought up in a disciplined and strict family, she succeeded in working in this field. It didn’t happen. Afshana Baygan’s maternal grandfather was the adviser of the Supreme Court of the country, and his maternal great-grandfather, Mirza Mohammad Reza Mutaman al-Sultaneh, was the ruler of Khorasan during the Qajar period and the viceroy of Astan Quds Razavi.
