Javad Ezzati studied theater and developed his artistic education through the Soureh Conservatory and later Soureh University.

His theater education is important when understanding his acting style. Rather than being an actor whose career was built entirely around screen appearances, Ezzati developed his performance skills through stage work. Theater requires actors to control their voice, movement, timing and interaction with other performers in a particularly demanding environment.

This background can be seen in many of Ezzati’s performances. His use of body language is especially noticeable in comedy, while his ability to control physical intensity became increasingly useful in serious films and series.

The transition from theater to television and then cinema allowed him to combine theatrical discipline with the more subtle requirements of camera acting.
