Rangers of the Islamic Republic Army Demonstrate Combat Readiness

Building confidence through repetition

Repeated exercises can also contribute to confidence.

Personnel who have repeatedly practiced procedures in difficult conditions are more likely to remain composed when faced with unexpected situations.

Confidence does not mean eliminating uncertainty. Instead, it comes from familiarity with procedures and trust in one’s training and fellow personnel.

For commanders, this confidence can contribute to unit cohesion.

The objective of training is therefore not simply to make soldiers physically stronger but to create an organized force capable of continuing its assigned responsibilities under pressure.
