The Actress “Afsaneh Bayegan” celebrating her birthday in the capital
In the midst of Iran’s nationwide protests of 1401, Baygan announced his support for Iranian protesting women by publishing a video without the obligatory hijab on Instagram. He experienced acting since he was a child at the age of 11, and his first experience was in 1351 with the short film Boq, but he started his career professionally in 1360 with the TV series Sarbadaran. Baigan started acting in cinema in 1364 with the movie Lost and became one of the most prolific actresses and superstars of the 1360s. She was nominated for the best actress award at the Fajr Film Festival for her roles in two films with a ticket (1369), Sisters of Gharib (1374), and Kafe Setare (2014).
