Nassim Varasteh, is a Canadian karateka and karate world champion, born in Iran in 1981. Nassim is known for the silver medals she won in women’s individual kumite under 60 kilos at the 2006 and 2008 world karate championships. She is currently a member of Canada National Coach Kumite and owns her own karate academy Kakenzai, which has several locations across the GTA.
