Meghan and Harry’s Archewell hires Mandana Dayani as first COO
Archewell, the organization founded by Meghan and Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, has hired tech and media exec Mandana Dayani as its first chief operating officer, the organization tells Fortune exclusively. The COO will report directly to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Dayani will oversee growth strategy and day-to-day operations at the organization, which includes the nonprofit Archewell Foundation as well as the media businesses Archewell Audio and Archewell Productions. She began her position with Archewell in June. Mandana Rebecca Dayani[4] (born May 1, 1982) is an American activist, attorney, entrepreneur, and angel investor. Dayani is the Creator & Co-founder of I am a voter., a nonpartisan civic engagement organization creating a cultural shift around voting and civic engagement. She is the former Vice President at the fashion and media company, Rachel Zoe, Inc. where she launched The Rachel Zoe Collection, The Zoe Report, Box of Style, Rachel Zoe Ventures, and produced multiple seasons of Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project.
