Madison Marsh, Groundbreaking US Air Force Officer, Crowned Miss America 2024

Despite her success in the pageant world, Marsh sees her future path leading into cancer research. Inspired by the loss of her mother to pancreatic cancer, she aims to use her studies at the Kennedy School to delve into policy-making and contribute to addressing challenges in cancer research.

As Miss Colorado 2023, Marsh had already made a mark before securing the national crown. Crowned just days before graduating from the Air Force Academy with a degree in physics, she embarked on her dual journey as a second lieutenant in the Air Force and a master’s student at Harvard Kennedy School.
