Cinema director Tahmineh Milani published her pictures without a hijab on the occasion of her daughter’s birthday

In 1376, with the creation of a political open space after the second June presidential election, Milani made the film Two Women. For making this film, Milani won the best screenplay award of the Fajr Film Festival and was nominated for the best director award from the same festival. After the success of the movie „Two Women”, Milani made the movies Semi-Hidden and The Fifth Reaction, all three starring Niki Karimi. Milani faced severe reactions for making these three films. In 1379 he was arrested after the screening of the film Semi-hidden.
