Snow on the Pines (2011)

Maadi’s debut feature film, Snow on the Pines, was screened at the Fajr Film Festival. Despite initial bans, the film gained recognition and won two Crystal Simorgh awards, including Best Film Audience Choice.

Bomb; A Romance (2017)

His second film as director, Bomb; A Romance, depicts a love story set against the backdrop of the Iran-Iraq War. It won the Special Jury Prize at Fajr and received international awards, including Best Director at Bosphorus Film Festival.
