Faramarz Gharibian married Mina Khayami in the 1970s, with whom he had two sons. Mina Khayami was involved in arts and design, contributing to film projects. After nearly fifty years of marriage, they separated, and Mina Khayami passed away in recent years. Gharibian married Mahshid Bazargani in 2013.
