The presence of the representative of Armenia and members of the Mexican Parliamentary Assembly in the parliament
After holding the elections, the meetings of the Council are formalized with the presence of two-thirds of the total representatives, and the approval of plans and bills is done according to the internal regulations, except in cases where a certain quorum is specified in the constitution. In order to approve the internal regulations, the consent of two-thirds of the attendees is required.
