The presence of the representative of Armenia and members of the Mexican Parliamentary Assembly in the parliament

The deliberations of the Council should be public, and its full report should be published on the radio and in the official newspaper for public information. Only in emergency situations and if the country’s security requires it, at the request of the president, one of the ministers, or ten representatives, a closed session is held. The approvals of the non-public meeting are valid if they are approved by three-fourths of the total representatives in the presence of the Guardian Council. The reports and approvals of these meetings should be published for public information after the emergency situation is over.
