The closing ceremony of the 40th Fajr International Theater Festival

The organizers of this festival are the Performing Arts Center of the Ministry of Culture and Guidance, the Performing Arts Association, and the International Theater Institute, where the secretariat of the festival is located. The Fajr Theater Festival Policy Council includes the deputy for artistic affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (chairman of the council), the governor, the head of the General Department of Performing Arts, the head of the cultural commission of the Parliament, the deputy official of the Broadcasting Organization, the deputy cultural and social director of the Municipality, and the managing director. Khaneh Teatar is the performing arts director of the Propaganda Organization’s artistic field, the arts consultant for the Vice-Chancellor of Arts Affairs, the managing director of Artist House, and a theater veteran. The current secretary of this festival is Hossein Musafir Astana.
