Step 2: Visualize the Word

Close your eyes and spend five to six seconds imagining a piano. Picture yourself touching the keys, playing a melody, or even decorating the piano. Let your mind fully engage with this image to help distract you from troubling thoughts.

Step 3: Focus on the Letters

Next, redirect your focus to the word itself. Think about each letter of “piano.” Begin with P.
