Consider practicing on smaller hills then slowly working your way up and down bigger inclines. Then, you can use that experience when you encounter a hill on your next motocross race. Just like cornering, proper form and weight distribution is an important part of riding hills as well.Of course, jumps and jumping is a major aspect of riding and racing motocross. Each course will be filled with many different style jumps ranging from table tops, doubles, and even triple jumps. Start with mellow table top jumps that don’t send the rider high or far. When you get comfortable jumping, move up to larger table tops.
