You never really know what you are going to get with a group of external photographers. A good rule of thumb is to hire your own in-house cameraman to guarantee at least one photographer will capture the fundamentals. Give your house photographer unrestricted access from start to finish and supply them with a detailed photographer’s brief. If you have a dreaded drop off with a dwindling number of attendees, you can always lean on your house photographer to pick up the slack. This will also help with approvals and placements as you will own the rights to these images.
