On this special cover, apart from Golshifteh Farahani and Zaramira Brahimi, ten other famous faces have supported  protesting women, and pictures of these people holding photos of arrested or killed women have been published along with their interviews. They both have experienced in their flesh the violence of the mullahs’ regime, to the point of leaving Iran, their native country. The two exiled actresses are living from a distance the unprecedented revolt that has affected their homeland since the death of Mahsa Amini, the young woman killed for having broken the Republic’s dress code. A life pulverized for not wearing a veil accordingly to the government norms…Actresses Golshifteh Farahani and Zar Amir Ebrahimi accepted to take part in this special edition to support their compatriots and speak out to their concerns. The aim is to call for support for these brave women and men who still dare to defy this chillingly cruel regime.
