1. Early Talent in Music

According to those close to her, Nooshafarin displayed remarkable talent in music and performance from a young age. She often sang in school and received encouragement from her peers. Many have noted that even as a teenager, she showed signs of becoming a significant artist in the future.

2. A Musical Opportunity

In 1972, at the age of 16, while studying at Keyvan High School and working in a company, she responded to an advertisement from Payam Studio seeking new young faces for a film. The film was titled Shourash, directed by Reza Mirlohi. Despite the large number of applicants, Nooshafarin caught the attention of the film’s cinematographer, Iraj Sadeghpour, due to her resemblance to actress Afrin (Afrin Abisi), who had stepped back from acting due to marriage.

At the same age, she began her singing career with the song Ghabl-e with the help of Fereydoun Kheshnood, which was first aired on Fereydoun Farrokhzad’s show Mikhak-e Noghrei. However, her song faced multiple rejections by the National Iranian Radio and Television’s music council for quality control.
