Meeting between Khamenei and the regime’s leaders

Introduction

On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, a group consisting of government officials as well as ambassadors from Islamic countries visited Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, at Imam Khomeini’s Hosseiniyeh in the morning today, Wednesday, April 22, 1403.

First and foremost, I would like to mention again the special spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan in our country. Our emphasis is that we should appreciate and maintain this spiritual environment. These are prayer meetings and supplications, congregational prayers with mosques in Abad, and supportive aids given by believers as well as iftars in mosques and on the streets.

I mean to say that from a religious point of view, people have really honored this month of Ramadan by reciting the Qur’an and other things like that, thereby showing their high position before Allah, while politically, by assisting in constructing projects for public use, building housing units for orphans, etc., among others.

This march, which took place on Quds Day, was an amazing international political movement. Where else do you think such a thing might be found? This year, during Quds Day, there was actually an uproar all around my familiar people too. There were crowded populations, more than any time before. It is so appreciative, indeed. My humble servant, I genuinely thank our beloved nation for spearheading development across these different spheres.
