Within just two years of her film debut, Tehrani starred in two pivotal films: “Shukran,” where she played the character Sima Riahi opposite Fariborz Arabnia, and “Ghermez.” Her performance in “Ghermez,” directed by Fereydoun Jirani, cemented her status as a leading actress. The Second Most Profitable Actress of the 80s

By the late 1990s, Hedieh Tehrani’s status soared further when Hamshahri magazine recognized her as the second most profitable actress in Iranian cinema, following Mahnaz Afshar. Her films during this period attracted large audiences, underscoring her position as a box office draw and a beloved figure in Iranian film.

Artistic Ventures in Photography

In addition to her acting career, Tehrani has pursued her passion for photography. In December 2009, she held an exhibition showcasing 198 of her photographs. The event, hosted at the Artists’ House, featured a range of subjects and was well-received. The photographs were priced from 500,000 to 8 million Tomans, with the exhibition drawing significant attention and interest.
