Hadi Mansouri: yesterday’s obscenity investigator, today’s criminal judge

Since Mashhad was one of the most active cities from the protests of 1396 to the national uprising of 1401, Mansouri has sentenced many of its citizens unfairly. He is among the judicial authorities of the Republic who do not allow appointed lawyers to effectively defend their clients. Mansouri is only one of the judicial officials of the Islamic Republic who, in an unfair process, sentence many citizens to long prison terms and execution.
