Giulia Salemi: The Rise of a Fashion Icon and Her Pregnancy Journey at the Venice Film Festival

The Beginning of a Remarkable Career

Giulia’s career began to take shape in the summer of 2012 when she participated in the fourth edition of the popular Italian television program, Veline. This opportunity marked her debut on the national stage and provided her with the exposure she needed to kickstart her modeling career. The following year, Giulia’s talent and determination earned her a spot on the reality show Sweet Sardinia, where she emerged victorious. This victory was a significant milestone, as it showcased her ability to captivate audiences and thrive in competitive environments.

In 2014, Giulia’s star continued to rise as she participated in the final of Miss Italia, one of Italy’s most prestigious beauty pageants. Her striking looks and charismatic presence earned her third place, as well as the national titles of Miss Sport Lotto and Miss TV Sorrisi e Canzoni. These accolades solidified her status as one of Italy’s most promising young models.

Transition to Television and Reality Shows

Giulia’s success in modeling paved the way for her transition to television. In February 2015, she joined Simona Ventura in hosting the football talent show Leyton Orient, which was broadcast on Agon Channel. This opportunity allowed her to showcase her versatility as a presenter and further established her presence in the entertainment industry.

That same year, Giulia participated in the fourth edition of Pechino Express, a popular Italian reality show. She competed alongside her mother, Fariba Tehrani, and the duo quickly became fan favorites. Their strong bond and determination led them to a third-place finish, further endearing Giulia to the Italian public.
