Fatemeh Motamedarya, Mohammad Rasoulov, and Jafar Panahi met with Kian Pirfalak’s family
Zainab Moulairad, Kian Pirfalak’s mother, published pictures on her personal Instagram page about the meeting of Jafar Panahi, Fatemeh Motamedarya, and Mohammad Rasulof, three Iranian cinematographers, with her family and wrote: “Thank you, great and good-minded people, who brought relief with your presence. We love you.” Jafar Panahi and Mohammad Rasulof, two directors of Iranian cinema who were recently released from prison, along with Fateme Motamedarya, an actress of cinema, announced their support for the nationwide protest movement of the Iranian people since the beginning of the Women, Life, Freedom movement. Fatemeh Motamedarya, whose picture without a hijab was published on Friday, April 18, at the funeral ceremony of Kyomarth Pourahmad, took off her hijab at the beginning of the Women, Life, and Freedom Movement and declared her support for this movement in a video. Fateme Motamedarya, Mohammad Rasulof, and Jafar Panahi, three famous Iranian cinematographers, met with the family of Kian Pirfalak, a 9-year-old boy who died during the Izeh protests.
