Shahbal Shabpareh (born on November 11, 1319) is the founder of Black Cats, the first pop band. He was also the founder of the “Silhouette” and “Shi Ba He” groups. Shahbal Shabpereh was born on November 11, 1319. His mother taught music in a conservatory and was also a school teacher. His father was Colonel Mohammad Shabpereh Nizami, as well as a composer, poet, and pianist. He started playing the piano at the age of 6.
