First Television Appearance

In 1995, at the age of 7, Behnoush made her debut on TV with the series “Don’t Take It Seriously”, which marked her entry into the world of acting. Although her role was minor, it set the stage for her future prolific career.

Rise to Fame with “Traveler from India”

The turning point in Behnoush Tabatabaei’s career came in 2003 with her role in the critically acclaimed TV series “Traveler from India”. Her portrayal of Katie, the ex-fiancée of the lead character Arash (played by Farzad Hassani), brought her widespread recognition.

This series became a cultural phenomenon in Iran, and Behnoush’s performance was praised for its depth and authenticity. The role established her as a promising young actress in Iranian television.

Expanding into Cinema

Following her success on television, Behnoush transitioned into film. She appeared in several TV series such as Eshgah Gomsudeh (2004) and Pillah Haye Parvaz (2005), which further cemented her popularity.

Her cinematic breakthrough was with the film “Masab Doshishe” (2006), directed by Seyyed Masoud Atyabi. She starred alongside well-known actors Mehdi Pakdel and Pouria Poursorkh. Her performance in this film showcased her versatility and earned her critical acclaim.
