Ali Khamenei’s 3 Sons: United at Memorial Ceremony
The memorial ceremony of the late Seyyed Javad Hijazi, the father of the Hijazi martyrs, was held on Thursday evening (July 28, 1403) at the Imam Sadiq Mosque (AS) in Tehran. This significant event was attended by national and military officials, including Ali Khamenei’s children: Hojjat al-Islam Maitham, Masoud, and Mojtaba Khamenei.

Ali Khamenei’s children have each made significant contributions to Iranian society. Born in 1969 (1348 in the Iranian calendar) in Mashhad, Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei is a prominent figure. He completed his high school education at Alavi School and pursued seminary studies under the guidance of Seyyed Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi and his father. In 1978, he entered the Qom seminary and is currently a respected seminary teacher there.
At the age of 17, Mojtaba Khamenei joined the front lines during the Iran-Iraq war, becoming a member of the renowned Habib Ibn Mazher battalion. He participated in several key operations, including Baitul-Maqdis 2, 3, and 4, Wal-Fajr 10, and Mursad. Martyr Sardar Noor Ali Shushtri, a notable war commander, recounted Mojtaba’s bravery and determination on the battlefield.
Mojtaba Khamenei is married to Zahra Haddad Adel, the second daughter of Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, solidifying his ties to another influential Iranian family.
