Sima Khezrabadi: Age, Movies, TV Shows, Career, Husband, Marriage and Personal Life

Why Sima Khezrabadi Took a Break from Acting

Despite her early opportunities, Sima Khezrabadi temporarily stopped acting during childhood.

Her father’s concerns about education were the main reason behind this decision.

He believed that professional filming schedules could make it difficult for his daughter to concentrate on school. He also preferred that she return to acting after completing her education and gaining a deeper understanding of the profession.

Consequently, Khezrabadi spent several years away from television and cinema.

This break meant that her early acting experiences were not followed by an immediate transition into adult professional productions.

Instead, she concentrated on her education and eventually entered university to study acting.

Her return to the entertainment industry therefore represented a new beginning rather than simply a continuation of her childhood appearances.

Sima Khezrabadi’s Return to Cinema with The Child and the Angel

One of the important milestones in Sima Khezrabadi’s career was her return to cinema in 2008 with The Child and the Angel (Koodak va Fereshteh).

Directed by Masoud Naghashzadeh, the film tells a story connected to the resistance of the people of Khorramshahr during the early days of the Iran-Iraq War.

Khezrabadi played the character Leila.

At the time, she was an acting student, making the production one of her early serious cinematic experiences as an adult.

The film offered her an opportunity to demonstrate her acting abilities in a feature-length production and begin building a professional portfolio beyond her childhood television work.

Her appearance in The Child and the Angel marked an important step toward the television and cinema projects that followed.
