One of her posts read: “The leader who kept Iran safe from the Israeli attack. May God protect you.” Another post declared: “Critics always criticize, but I have no fear. Liberate Palestine. Destroy the Israeli state.” These comments, which have since been deleted or blocked, reflect her unwavering stance against Israel and support for Palestinian liberation.

Legal and Political Implications: US Law on Pro-Palestinian Activism

In an interview with the New York Times (November 2023), Saeedi discussed challenges posed by US state laws, particularly Arkansas legislation restricting pro-Palestinian activism. She explained: “According to current Arkansas law, every government contractor must pledge that it will not take any action against Israel.” This law aims to curb anti-Israel activism and restrict academic and political expressions supporting Palestine.
