Sheida Yousefi as Tavous

Tavous is a supporting character whose place within the household gives her a connection to the relationships and events surrounding the main characters.

According to the supplied character description, Tavous is observant and inquisitive. Her awareness of the people around her makes her relevant to the interactions taking place within the household.

Supporting characters can play important roles in period dramas and family stories because they help establish the atmosphere of a household and provide additional perspectives on the central conflict.

Their relationships with principal characters can also reveal social structures, alliances and tensions that might otherwise remain in the background.

Yousefi’s portrayal of Tavous adds another character to her growing collection of television roles.

The relationship between the novel and the series

A screen adaptation of a popular novel must balance fidelity to the original story with the demands of television storytelling.

The series may expand certain scenes, develop secondary characters or arrange events differently to create a coherent visual narrative.

For viewers familiar with the novel, these choices can influence how they interpret the adaptation. For new viewers, the series provides an introduction to the characters and themes without requiring prior knowledge of the book.

Yousefi’s role as Tavous places her within this broader process of bringing a literary story to a new audience.

Narges Abyar’s role in the production

Narges Abyar directed both Soovashoon and Bamdad-e Khomar, according to the supplied information.

The two projects draw on different literary sources and offer opportunities to explore character-driven narratives through serialized storytelling.

For Yousefi, working in these productions adds to her experience in projects based on established works of Persian literature.

It also expands her public profile beyond the roles for which she first became widely recognized.
