Early Musical Experiences

Khodavardi’s passion for music ignited at the tender age of eight, in 1996. She began by learning basic music theory and practicing instruments, demonstrating a remarkable talent early on. By the age of 14, in 2002, she was performing on stage with various musical ensembles, gaining invaluable experience in live performance.

Her proficiency in traditional instruments, especially the tar and double bass, distinguished her among her peers. She was known for her expressive playing style, emotional depth, and technical skill.

Professional Musicianship and Collaborations

At the age of 15, in 2003, Khodavardi had her first major performance when she took the stage with the Bahman Cultural Center Orchestra. Her talent caught the attention of seasoned musicians and conductors, paving the way for her future collaborations.

Her association with prominent Iranian orchestras, including the Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, the National Orchestra, and regional ensembles, was instrumental in shaping her musical career. Her work with the Iranian National Orchestra, led by renowned conductors like Farhad Fakhreddini, established her as a leading figure in traditional and classical music.

Her collaborations with legendary artists like Mohammad Reza Shajarian, particularly within the Shahnaz ensemble, earned her widespread acclaim. These performances not only elevated her profile but also contributed to cultural exchange and the promotion of Persian music worldwide.
