Peyman Maadi’s professional journey in cinema began at the age of 30 when he collaborated with Saeed Asadi to write the screenplay for The Swan Song (Seda-ye Morq). Released in 1999, the film starred renowned actors Jamshad Hashempour, Bahram Radan, and Sara Arian. It was well-received and marked Peyman’s debut as a screenwriter. The success of The Swan Song opened doors for his future projects.
Subsequent Screenplays and Directorial Debut
Following his initial success, Peyman Maadi continued to develop his skills as a screenwriter, penning scripts for notable films such as:
