Starting Theater at 17

At the age of 17, Nima Shabannejad officially entered the world of theater. Her debut role was in the play Morgh Dar Neme Zand, which she directed herself. Her early interest in acting and directing showcased her multifaceted talents and passion for storytelling.

Academic Studies in Theater

Recognizing her dedication, Nima pursued formal education in theater arts. In 2005, she enrolled at Azad University to study theater directing. Her university years provided her with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, deepening her understanding of stagecraft, acting techniques, and production management.

Theater as Her Foundation

Her foundation in theater was not only academic but also experiential. She continued to perform, direct, and experiment with theatrical forms, which helped her develop her unique style. Her early theater work laid the groundwork for her later success in television and comedy.
