Personal Life and Family

Farshchian married his childhood friend, Niadokt (Nia), in 1954. They had three children—Yasmin Fatima, Alimorad, and Leila. Sadly, Yasmin passed away at age 30, leaving behind two grandchildren, Jennie and Masoud. The family adopted Yasmin’s children, residing in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Farshchian’s family life was deeply intertwined with his artistic journey, and his personal experiences infused his work with spiritual depth and emotional resonance.
