Enayat Bakhshi was born on March 27, 1945, in the picturesque region of Taleqan, known for its natural beauty and cultural richness. From a young age, he exhibited a strong affinity for the arts, nurtured by the vibrant cultural environment of his hometown and the mentorship of influential theater educators. Among his early mentors was Hamid Samandarian, a renowned director and acting teacher, whose guidance played a pivotal role in shaping Bakhshi’s understanding of performance and character development.

In 1965, Bakhshi embarked on his professional artistic career with the National Art Group, where he gained invaluable experience performing on stage.
