According to the document issued and quoted by Ghahrmani, the prosecutor’s representative, “Hadi Razavi is the conduit for paying bribes to managers.” “Capital Bank has received 107 billion Tomans from Capital Bank and 104 billion Tomans from D, New Economy, Housing, and Trade Banks without depositing collateral.” And also, “Razavi has done advertisements for Capital Bank in Fars News Agency in exchange for receiving 285 million Tomans.” According to the prosecutor’s representative, “Hadi Razavi put some of his money into the accounts of companies that were established in the names of people who were sleeping in cardboard boxes.” On August 8, 2018, the spokesperson of the judiciary reported that Hadi Razavi was sentenced to 20 years in prison, forfeiture of property, 74 lashes, and deprivation of government services on charges of disrupting the country’s economic system.
